Affiliate requests sit under Sellers → Affiliate requests. Each row shows the affiliate, country, last active time, units sold, refund rate, and which of your products they asked for. Approve or deny on that row.

This is the official JVZoo tutorial. Watch it once, then use the click path below. Simon Harries, co-owner, is the author of this how-to.

What good looks like: One request opened, note read when the three dots are present, approve or deny from the numbers on the row.
Stop: Approving a stack of names without opening the note. The three dots mean the affiliate wrote how they plan to promote.

What the columns are for

The walkthrough uses the row as the whole decision: volume, refund rate, recency, and the product they requested. Three dots on the right mean there is a message. Open it. New affiliates often put list size, ads, YouTube, or social there. That is also where ethical-promotion detail shows up.

The demo approves an affiliate with 500-plus copies and an 8.25% refund rate who was active in the last day. Use your own thresholds; the click is still Approve or Deny on that row.

If a control is missing or a save fails, write JVZoo support with a screenshot of the screen you are on.
