The JVZoo launch calendar is under Products → Launch calendar. Affiliates open a date, read the JV page, and request approval. Vendors add a row from Sellers → Sellers dashboard → Add product → Add to launch calendar without submitting the product for compliance yet.

This is the official JVZoo tutorial. Watch it once, then use the click path below. Simon Harries, co-owner, is the author of this how-to.

What good looks like: Affiliates: one upcoming offer opened from the calendar, approval requested. Vendors: name, date/time, price, commission, sales-page URL, and JV-page URL saved on the calendar.
Stop: Thinking a calendar row means the product can sell. The video is explicit: calendar and compliance are two jobs.

Affiliate view

The calendar shows launches by day and time, plus a list for today and the rest of the month: date, seller, commission, and an access control to request promotion. Clicking through opens the affiliate information / JV page.

Vendor view

Add to launch calendar asks for product name, launch date and time, price, affiliate commission percent, sales-page URL, and JV-page URL. That reserves the date. Add product (the full listing) is still required before affiliates can sell it.

If a control is missing or a save fails, write JVZoo support with a screenshot of the screen you are on.
