Automatic affiliate approval is Sellers → My affiliates → Automated affiliate thresholds. Set a minimum units sold, a sales-dollar floor, and a maximum refund rate. Ban is a separate control on the same screen and should follow a direct conversation first.

Thresholds
The demo turns the rule on for affiliates with more than 2,000 units sold, any dollar volume above $1, and a refund rate under 8%. Use your own numbers. Top affiliates on the platform expect instant approval; that is why the video puts this on the page.
Ban
My affiliates → Banned affiliates. Search by name or ID. Confirm. They are notified and will not see your products in search. The walkthrough’s example search used support as a stand-in — ban the actual affiliate ID, not a support account.
