Affiliate commissions pay out after you add a method under My Account → Payment Profiles on the affiliate side. The walkthrough lists three: Trolley (formerly Payment Rails), Pioneer, and Wise.

The three options in the video
Trolley (the walkthrough notes the old name Payment Rails) can send to a bank account or to PayPal. Pioneer and Wise are the other two partners named in the tutorial. Pick one, Add payment method, complete the on-screen information, wait for verification, then the first payout can go out.
