Recurring payments and trials on JVZoo are a checkbox on an existing product: Sellers → Sellers dashboard → Edit, then product is subscription-based or accepts multiple payments.

This is the official JVZoo tutorial. Watch it once, then use the click path below. Simon Harries, co-owner, is the author of this how-to.

What good looks like: The subscription box is on, months between payments are set, total payments are under 121, first-payment commission is filled, and Save my product succeeds. A trial, if used, has a price, a period, and a trial commission.
Stop: Typing more than 120 as the total number of payments. The walkthrough caps the field under 121 and uses 120 for ongoing continuity. Also: copying the demo $1 / 7-day / 75% / 100% figures as if they were platform defaults.

Edit the product

Open Sellers → Sellers dashboard. Edit an existing product (or create one first). Scroll to product is subscription-based or accepts multiple payments, check it, and confirm.

Interval, count, first-payment commission

Enter the number of months between payments (the walkthrough uses 1 month for a payment every 30 days). Enter the total number of payments — the field must be under 121. Ongoing continuity in the walkthrough is 120. A fixed three-month program is 3. First-payment commission can differ from the ongoing rate; the walkthrough types 75% as an example, not a rule.

Optional trial

Check the trial box. Enter trial price, trial period in days, and commission on the trial payment. The recording’s example is a $1 seven-day trial with 100% trial commission. Those numbers are the demo, not a recommendation. Scroll up and Save my product.

The product itself is created in how to set up your first product. If a control is missing or a save fails, write JVZoo support with a screenshot of the screen you are on.
