A custom checkout banner on JVZoo is uploaded from Sellers → Custom checkout banners. A vendor banner covers every product that does not have its own product banner. A product banner overrides the vendor banner on that SKU only.

Vendor banner or product banner
Open Sellers → Custom checkout banners. A vendor banner shows at the top of checkout for every product that does not have a product banner. A product banner is chosen per product and replaces the vendor banner on that checkout only.
Upload 720 × 125
Pick vendor or a specific product, choose the file, and upload. The walkthrough requires 720 × 125 pixels and the formats listed on that screen. After processing, the default JVZoo banner on checkout is replaced by the uploaded file. The recording’s banner is a demo, not a template to copy.
