Any JVZoo user is searchable under Tools → User search by name, ID, email, or business name. The public profile lists products you can request, plus the contact links that vendor chose to show.

This is the official JVZoo tutorial. Watch it once, then use the click path below. Simon Harries, co-owner, is the author of this how-to.

What good looks like: One profile opened from search, a product requested from that profile, or Facebook/Skype used only if the profile actually shows them.
Stop: Treating a demo profile’s sales counts as current platform stats. Search the live user; the numbers on screen that day are the ones that matter.

What the profile is for

The profile shows tenure, seller and affiliate history, reviews, endorsements, and the product list. Request approval on a product from that list. The JV page for that product is still where swipes live. Contact links (the walkthrough shows Facebook and Skype when the vendor added them) are for introducing how you will promote, not for pasting a pitch in public comments.

For the full find-and-get-link path, use the affiliates how-to once it is live. Product of the day and jvzoomarket.com remain the other discovery surfaces.

If a control is missing or a save fails, write JVZoo support with a screenshot of the screen you are on.
