Customer records are under Sellers → My customers. The table shows name, email, first sale, last sale, purchase count, refunds, sales total, and refund total. Search by email or transaction ID when the list is long.

What good looks like: One customer opened from the table, pay keys and recurring status visible, or a CSV downloaded from the same screen.
Stop: Paging through hundreds of rows instead of searching email or transaction ID. The search box is the point of the tutorial.
Inside a customer
Click the name. You get pay keys and pre-keys, payment status, one-time vs recurring, and GDPR data when you need it. Download exports the full list. For a refund from a report instead of this list, use Report Center as in the order form views sibling once you are on Transactions.
