A JVZoo subuser is someone with their own login who can run parts of your account. Add them under My Account → Account details → Sub users with their JVZoo login email. Nothing is granted until you tick it.

What good looks like: Email added, only the needed boxes ticked (transactions, products, affiliates, reports, and so on), saved. The other person can Switch to subuser from their avatar.
Stop: Ticking every permission because it is faster. Default is none. An assistant who only approves affiliates does not need payment profiles or the right to create more subusers.
Grant access
- My Account → Account details.
- Sub users — grant other people access to your account → Edit information.
- Enter the other person’s JVZoo login email → Add new subuser.
- Tick only the functions they should have: transactions (refunds, receipts, pre-approvals), payments, JVs, reports, products, funnels, affiliates, W-9 / payment profiles, creating other subusers, product compliance, customer filtering.
- Save subuser.
Use access from the other login
On the subuser’s own account, open the avatar (initials) → Switch to subuser. Pick the parent account. The dashboard shows who is logged in as whom. Menus they were not granted stay hidden — the walkthrough’s example cannot open reports because reports were never ticked.
