JVZoo two-factor authentication is turned on under My Account → Security. Use any authenticator app, scan the QR code, and store the backup security key somewhere you can reach if the phone is gone.
This is the official JVZoo tutorial. Watch it once, then use the click path below. Simon Harries, co-owner, is the author of this how-to.
What good looks like: QR scanned, app generating codes, backup security key written down off the phone.
Stop: Closing the setup screen without copying the backup key. That key is what gets you in when the phone or the app is gone.
Click path
- Open the home screen.
- My Account (left) → Security.
- Set up two-factor authentication.
- Scan the QR code in Authy, Google Authenticator, or another authenticator app.
- Write down the backup security key and store it off the device.
The walkthrough names Authy and Google’s authenticator app as examples. Any authenticator that can scan the QR code works. Support is the fallback if a login still fails after the backup key.
If a control is missing or a save fails, write JVZoo support with a screenshot of the screen you are on.
